By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, ingredients, pricing, availability, and other information accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by device. Product availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order. We may correct errors, limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product information at any time, subject to applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment. We ship with UPS and USPS. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the customer’s destination and available carrier rates. Vivacious Loyalists receive complimentary standard domestic shipping on all twelve monthly deliveries. Expedited shipping may be offered at the customer’s additional cost. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may result from carrier issues, weather, customs, inventory, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title transfer apply as provided by applicable law. You are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address and promptly reporting a missing or damaged delivery to care@vivacioushealthandbeauty.com.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Opened or used skincare products are final sale except when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Orders may be cancelled until they enter fulfillment. For damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders, we will provide a replacement or refund with reasonable photo documentation. For confirmed lost packages, we will provide a replacement or refund. 7. Vivacious List and Annual Allocations

Joining the Vivacious List does not reserve inventory or guarantee a purchase. If we offer an annual allocation, membership, or recurring delivery, the checkout page and order confirmation will state the applicable price, renewal, delivery schedule, cancellation terms, and other terms. We will not treat a marketing sign-up as an order or automatic renewal unless you expressly agree to the applicable offer.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Vivacious and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, or exploit the website or its content without written permission.

9. User Content
