- HOW DOES THE PRODUCT SHIP?

We ship via Fedex and offer multiple delivery speeds. 

- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

All orders are shipped the following business day, excluding major holidays. The amount of time to receive the product depends on the shipping speed chosen by the customer upon checkout. 

- DO YOU OFFER GIFTCARDS?

We are in the process of developing giftcards which will be available in the near future. 

- HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping is based on the final weight of shipment and the speed of delivery requested by the customer. 

- DOES VIVACIOUS HEALTH & BEAUTY OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? 

At this time we are only shipping domestically within the United States. We are working to develop international shipping solutions.

- WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Full product refund or replacement for damaged goods are available upon request and proof of damage. Please email product damage photo(s) to vicacioushealthandbeauty@gmail.com to process your return.
